Alberto Bailleres
Alberto Baillères González (1931–2022) was a Mexican businessman who chaired Grupo BAL, a conglomerate with interests spanning mining, retail, insurance and financial services. He led mining company Industrias Peñoles, one of the world's largest silver producers, and controlled the department store chain El Palacio de Hierro and the insurer Grupo Nacional Provincial (GNP). His estimated net worth was around $7.0 billion.
