Alexander Khloponin
Alexander Khloponin is a Russian businessman and former government official. He served as CEO and chairman of the board of Norilsk Nickel, a major Russian nickel and palladium mining company, before entering politics as Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai from 2002 to 2010. He subsequently served as Deputy Prime Minister of Russia from 2010 to 2018, overseeing the North Caucasus Federal District.
