Alexandre Grendene Bartelle
Alexandre Grendene Bartelle (born January 2, 1950) is a Brazilian businessman who in 1971 co-founded the footwear manufacturer Grendene with his twin brother, Pedro Grendene Bartelle. The company, one of the world's largest producers of synthetic footwear and Brazil's leading footwear exporter, is known for brands such as Melissa, Rider, and Zaxy, and Bartelle has served as its largest individual shareholder and chairman. His estimated net worth is approximately US$2.3 billion.
