Andrey Igorevich Melnichenko (born 8 March 1972) is a Soviet-born Russian billionaire entrepreneur, financier, and industrialist. He is the founder of the fertilizer producer EuroChem Group and the coal company SUEK, having earlier co-founded the Russian lender MDM Bank in the 1990s. His estimated net worth is approximately $13 billion.
