Andrey Molnachov
Andrey Yuryevich Molchanov is a Russian businessman and the founder and major shareholder of LSR Group, one of Russia's largest construction and building materials companies. Born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) in 1971, he holds a doctorate in economics and previously served as a representative of Leningrad Oblast in the Federation Council from 2008 to 2013. He remains based in Saint Petersburg, where his business is headquartered.
