Andrei Vladimirovich Skoch (born 30 January 1966) is a Russian businessman and politician who has served as a deputy in the State Duma, the lower house of Russia's Federal Assembly, since 1999. He built his fortune in metals and mining, holding a stake in USM Holdings and its subsidiary Metalloinvest, one of the world's largest producers of iron ore and hot-briquetted iron, which he developed in partnership with Alisher Usmanov. Skoch is also the founder of the Pokolenie ("Generation") charitable foundation, and his net worth is estimated at approximately $7.1 billion.
