Arkadiy Rotenberg

Arkady Romanovich Rotenberg is a Russian businessman born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) on 15 December 1951, who worked for many years as a judo and sambo coach before entering business. He co-founded SMP Bank in 2001 and in 2008 formed the construction company Stroygazmontazh (SGM Group), which became a leading builder of gas pipelines and infrastructure in Russia. His estimated net worth is around $3.2 billion.
