Armando Codina
Armando Codina is a Cuban-American businessman and real estate developer based in Coral Gables, Florida. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of Codina Partners, LLC, a real estate investment and development firm, having previously founded Codina Group in 1979 and later served as chairman of Flagler after a 2006 merger. His firm's projects span residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across South Florida.
