Augusto Perfetti
Augusto Perfetti is an Italian businessman and co-owner, with his brother Giorgio, of the confectionery and chewing-gum company Perfetti Van Melle. The company was founded in 1946 by their father Ambrogio and uncle Egidio Perfetti in Lainate, Italy, and expanded internationally, notably through the 2001 acquisition of the Dutch firm Van Melle. Its brands include Mentos and Chupa Chups, and his estimated net worth is around $3.0 billion.
