Cyril Minovalov
Kirill Vadimovich Minovalov, also known as Cyril Minovalov, is a Russian businessman born on April 22, 1971, in Moscow. He is the founder, president, and principal shareholder of JSC Bank Avangard, a Moscow-based banking group he established in 1994. Minovalov also chairs Avangard-Agro, a major Russian agricultural and malt-production company.
