Danilo Iervolino
Danilo Iervolino is an Italian entrepreneur who founded the online university Universita degli Studi Pegaso in 2006, growing it into one of the largest e-learning institutions in Italy. In 2021 he sold his holding company Multiversity, which included Pegaso, to private equity firm CVC Capital Partners in a deal reported at around $1.3 billion. He subsequently became owner of the Italian football club Salernitana and has invested in technology startups.
