David Millstone

David J. Millstone is an American businessman based in New York who serves as co-Chief Executive Officer of Standard Industries, a privately held global industrial company that is one of the largest private companies in the United States. He and co-CEO David Winter lead the business, whose holdings include building-materials companies such as GAF, BMI Group, Siplast and W. R. Grace, and he is also Co-Chief Investment Officer of Standard Investments. Millstone began his career in investment banking at Bear Stearns and later worked at Apollo; his family's estimated net worth is around $19 billion.
