Estate of Gary Morse
Harold Gary Morse (1936–2014) was an American real estate developer who, with his father Harold Schwartz, built The Villages, a large active-adult retirement community in central Florida. Beginning in the early 1980s, he expanded a piece of Florida property into one of the world's largest retirement communities, with tens of thousands of homes and dozens of golf courses. His estate's fortune has been estimated at around $2.5 billion.
