Estate of Gilberto Benetton
Gilberto Benetton (1941–2018) was an Italian businessman who, together with his siblings Luciano, Giuliana and Carlo, co-founded the fashion company Benetton Group in 1965. He served as chairman of the family holding company Edizione and of the motorway and airport catering group Autogrill, and sat on the boards of companies including Atlantia, Mediobanca and Pirelli. At his death in October 2018, Forbes estimated his net worth at approximately US$3.0 billion.
