Eugene Shvidler
Eugene Shvidler is a Soviet-born businessman and investor who holds dual British and American citizenship. He rose to prominence in the 1990s as a business partner of Roman Abramovich, serving as president of Russian oil company Sibneft from 1998 until its 2005 sale to Gazprom, and later as executive chairman of Abramovich's investment vehicle Millhouse LLC. He has also held significant stakes in companies including Highland Gold Mining and steelmaker Evraz.
