Farkhad Akhmedov
Farkhad Akhmedov is a Russian businessman who made his fortune in the natural gas industry. In 1987 he founded Tansley Trading, a company supplying equipment to Russian gas producers, and he later became a shareholder in Nortgas, a Siberian oil and gas company. He entered billionaire rankings after selling his stake in Nortgas to Novatek in 2012.
