Germán Larrea Mota-Velasco (born 1953) is a Mexican businessman who serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Grupo México, the country's largest mining corporation and one of the world's leading copper producers, a role he has held since 1994. Under his leadership the conglomerate expanded beyond mining into transportation and infrastructure, including the freight railway operator Ferromex, and he also chairs Southern Copper Corporation. His estimated net worth is around US$28 billion, making him one of Mexico's wealthiest individuals.
