God Nisanov
God Semenovich Nisanov (born 24 April 1972) is a Russian-Azerbaijani billionaire property developer, born in Krasnaya Sloboda, Azerbaijan, into the Mountain Jewish community. In 1992 he co-founded the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies with Zarakh Iliev, building it into one of Russia's largest commercial real estate holdings with assets that include the Evropeisky shopping center, the Radisson Collection Hotel (formerly Hotel Ukraina), and the Food City agricultural cluster in Moscow. His net worth has been estimated at around $3.0 billion.
