Goh Cheng Liang (1927–2025) was a Singaporean businessman who founded Wuthelam Holdings, a paint and coatings company. Beginning with a paint shop in Singapore in 1955, he built a business that became closely tied to Japan's Nippon Paint Holdings, in which Wuthelam holds a majority stake. His estimated net worth was around US$12 billion.
