Graeme Richard Hart (born 1955) is a New Zealand billionaire businessman and among the country's wealthiest individuals. He controls Rank Group, an Auckland-based private investment company through which he specializes in leveraged buyouts, acquiring and restructuring underperforming businesses, particularly in the global packaging and consumer-goods industries.
