Gennady Nikolayevich Timchenko (born 9 November 1952) is a Russian billionaire businessman. He founded and owns Volga Group, a privately held investment firm that manages his assets across the energy, transport, infrastructure, financial services, and consumer sectors, and he previously co-founded the commodity trading company Gunvor. His estimated net worth is approximately $17 billion.
