Guo Wengui
Guo Wengui, also known as Miles Guo or Miles Kwok, is a Chinese-born businessman who built a real estate and investment empire in mainland China before relocating abroad. He later became a prominent critic of the Chinese Communist Party and a self-styled political dissident, gaining a following through media and social-media commentary. At his peak he was regarded as one of China's wealthiest businessmen.
