Herb Chambers

Herbert G. Chambers is an American businessman and the founder, owner, and president of The Herb Chambers Companies, once one of the largest privately owned automobile dealership groups in the United States, based in the greater Boston area. He began his career founding A-Copy America, an office copier distribution business he sold in 1983, before entering the auto retail industry in 1985 with the purchase of a single Cadillac dealership in Connecticut. In 2025 he sold the majority of his dealership group to Asbury Automotive Group.
