Jay Alix
Jay Alix is an American businessman who founded AlixPartners, a global corporate turnaround and restructuring advisory firm. AlixPartners has played a leading role in many of the major corporate restructurings of the last two decades, including General Motors, WorldCom, Enron, Dana Corporation, Calpine, and Kmart Corporation. Alix is also known as a major philanthropic donor, having given a large endowment to Mayo Clinic's medical school, which was renamed in his honor.
