Jim Moran Estate
James Martin "Jim" Moran (1918–2007) was an American automotive entrepreneur and philanthropist based in South Florida. In 1968 he founded JM Family Enterprises, the parent of Southeast Toyota Distributors, which became one of the largest independent Toyota distribution businesses in the United States, and he established The Jim Moran Foundation in 2000. His estate reflects the fortune built through these privately held automotive and financial-services companies, with an estimated value of around $2.0 billion.
