John Christodoulou
Yiannakis Theophani "John" Christodoulou (born 24 May 1965) is a Monaco-based British-Cypriot property developer and philanthropist. Born in Nicosia, Cyprus, he moved to London in 1974 and later founded the Yianis Group, a privately held real estate company with a portfolio of residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties across the UK and Europe. His estimated net worth is approximately $1.5 billion.
