John Eddie Williams
John Eddie Williams Jr. is an American attorney based in Houston, Texas, and a founding partner of the mass tort and pharmaceutical litigation firm Williams Hart. He is best known for serving as one of the attorneys representing the State of Texas in its 1990s litigation against the tobacco industry, which resulted in a multibillion-dollar settlement. A graduate of Baylor University and Baylor Law School, he has practiced law for decades in personal injury and mass tort litigation.
