Joseph Lau
Joseph Lau Luen-hung (born 21 July 1951) is a Hong Kong businessman and the former chairman of the property developer Chinese Estates Holdings. He became the company's largest shareholder in 1986 and built his fortune primarily through Hong Kong real estate, later stepping down as chairman in 2014 in favor of his son Lau Ming-wai. He is also widely known as a collector of fine art and wine, with an estimated net worth of around $13.0 billion.
