King Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa
Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa (born 28 January 1950) is the King of Bahrain, a position he has held since 2002. A member of the ruling House of Khalifa, he succeeded his father as Emir in 1999 and became the first king following the country's transition to a kingdom in 2002.
