
Kjell Inge Rokke
Kjell Inge Røkke (born 25 October 1958) is a Norwegian businessman who is the chairman and principal owner of the industrial investment company Aker ASA, which he controls through his private holding company TRG AS. He began his career as a fisherman and later founded American Seafoods in the United States before returning to Norway and becoming Aker's largest shareholder in 1996. His estimated net worth is approximately $2.0 billion, and he is known as a philanthropist who joined the Giving Pledge and founded the REV Ocean marine research initiative.
