Kutayba Alghanim is a Kuwaiti billionaire businessman born in 1944, best known as chairman of Alghanim Industries, one of the largest privately held conglomerates in the Middle East, which was founded by his father Yusuf Alghanim in 1932. The company's diverse businesses include automotive distribution (GM and Ford), consumer electronics retail, and Wendy's restaurant franchises across the Gulf region. He studied at the University of California, Berkeley before returning to Kuwait to build his career within the family business.
