Larry Silverstein
Larry A. Silverstein (born May 30, 1931) is an American real estate developer and the founder, chairman, and CEO of Silverstein Properties, a Manhattan-based real estate development and investment firm. He is best known as the developer who signed a 99-year lease on the World Trade Center complex in July 2001 and subsequently led the rebuilding of the site in Lower Manhattan following the September 11 attacks. His estimated net worth is around $3.5 billion.
