Leonid Arnoldovich Fedun (born 1956) is a Ukrainian-born Russian businessman known for co-founding the oil company Lukoil, where he served as vice president for strategic development until retiring in 2022. Before entering business, he was a Soviet military officer, and he later oversaw Lukoil's privatization in the 1990s, accumulating a significant stake in the company. He also served as president of the football club FC Spartak Moscow from 2004 to 2022, and his net worth has been estimated at around $9 billion.
