Lord Graham Kirkham

Graham Kirkham, Baron Kirkham, is an English businessman who founded the sofa retailer DFS, building it from a small furniture-making venture in Doncaster in 1969 into one of the UK's leading furniture retail chains. He served as chairman and executive chairman of DFS Furniture Company Ltd before the business was floated, later taken private, and eventually sold to a private equity firm in 2010. He was created a life peer and is known as a longstanding supporter of the UK Conservative Party.
