Martin Peter Holt
Peter M. Holt is an American businessman based in Terrell Hills, Texas, best known as the former CEO of HoltCat, the largest Caterpillar equipment dealership in the United States. He also served as chairman, CEO, and owner of Spurs Sports & Entertainment, which controls the NBA's San Antonio Spurs and several other regional sports franchises. Holt is a member of the Holt family, whose involvement in the Caterpillar dealership business in Texas dates back to the 1930s.
