Mikhail Shelkov
Mikhail Shelkov (born 1968) is a Russian billionaire businessman who is the majority owner and deputy chairman of the board of directors of VSMPO-AVISMA, a Russian titanium producer that supplies the aerospace industry. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1991 and previously headed the investment division of the Russian state conglomerate Rostec before acquiring a controlling stake in VSMPO-AVISMA in the early 2010s. His net worth has been estimated at approximately $1.5 billion.
