Miodrag Kostic (1959-2024) was a Serbian businessman who founded and led MK Group, a diversified holding company with interests in agribusiness, sugar production, meat processing, tourism, banking and renewable energy. Born in Vrbas, in the former Yugoslavia, he built the company from a small private trading firm established in the early 1980s into one of the largest business systems in Southeast Europe, including control of AIK Banka. He was based in Belgrade, Serbia, and was also known for extensive philanthropic activity through the endowment bearing his name.
