Mortimer Zuckerman
Mortimer Benjamin Zuckerman (born 1937) is a Canadian-American investor, real estate developer, and media proprietor from Montreal. He co-founded Boston Properties in 1970, building it into one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the United States, and served as its chairman and chief executive. Zuckerman is also the owner and editor-in-chief of U.S. News & World Report and formerly owned publications including the New York Daily News and The Atlantic; his net worth is estimated at approximately $2.8 billion.
