Oleg Boyko
Oleg Boyko is a Russian businessman and investor, born in Moscow in 1964. He is the founder and chairman of Finstar Financial Group, a private equity and investment holding company with portfolio companies operating in more than 30 countries across fintech, retail, and other sectors. Earlier in his career he co-founded the steel group Evraz, exiting the business in the mid-2000s.
