Mark, Trevor and David Pears are British brothers who run the William Pears Group, one of the United Kingdom's largest privately held property and real estate companies, founded in 1952 by their grandfather Bernard Pears and father Clive Pears. Mark Pears has led the family business since 1984, while the three brothers also co-founded the Pears Foundation, the family's philanthropic organisation, in 1992. Their combined family fortune has been estimated at around $2.0 billion.
