Philip Balcaen
Filip Balcaen is a Belgian entrepreneur and investor. He led the Balta Group, a major floor and wall covering manufacturer founded by his father Paul Balcaen, before selling it in 2004 and founding vinyl-tile maker IVC, which he sold to Mohawk Industries in 2015. He is the founder of the Ghent-based family investment office Baltisse, and his fortune is estimated at around $1.5 billion.
