Ralph de la Torre
Ralph de la Torre is a Cuban American physician and former health care executive, trained as a cardiac surgeon. He served as chief executive of Steward Health Care, a large private hospital operator, from 2010 to 2024, having previously led its predecessor organization, Caritas Christi Health Care, beginning in 2008. Earlier in his career he founded and headed the CardioVascular Institute at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
