Richard Caring is a British businessman known for his interests in the restaurant, hospitality, and property sectors. He began his career as a garment manufacturer supplying UK and US retailers from Hong Kong before diversifying into hospitality, becoming chairman of Caprice Holdings, which owns restaurant brands including The Ivy, Le Caprice, and J Sheekey.
