Rick Caruso
Rick Caruso (born 1959) is an American businessman and the founder of the real estate development company Caruso (formerly Caruso Affiliated Holdings), which he established in 1987. Based in Los Angeles, he is known for developing high-end retail and mixed-use properties in Southern California, including The Grove, The Americana at Brand, and Palisades Village. He previously chaired the University of Southern California's board of trustees and was a candidate in the 2022 Los Angeles mayoral election; his net worth is estimated at approximately $5.8 billion.
