S. Daniel Abraham (1924–2025) was an American businessman, investor, and philanthropist who built his fortune on the diet and nutrition industry. He founded Thompson Medical, the company behind the Slim-Fast meal-replacement brand, which he sold to Unilever in 2000. He also established the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace and endowed numerous educational and medical institutions in the United States and Israel.
