Samuel Tak Lee
Samuel Tak Lee (1939–2026) was a Hong Kong billionaire property businessman, chairman of the family-founded real estate firm Prudential Enterprises. Educated at MIT and Harvard Business School, he built a global property portfolio spanning Hong Kong, London, Tokyo, Geneva and Singapore, and was notably the owner of London's Langham Estate in the West End. His estimated net worth was around $3.2 billion, and in 2015 he donated $118 million to MIT to establish a real estate entrepreneurship lab.
