Silvio Scaglia

Silvio Scaglia is a Swiss-born Italian entrepreneur best known as the founder of Fastweb, one of Italy's major telecommunications companies. He later became co-owner of Freedom Holding (formerly Pacific Global Management Group), which controls the Elite World Group modeling agency, and in 2020 founded SHS management, an AI-powered asset management firm. He studied electronic engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin before beginning his career at Aeritalia Spazio and later Andersen Consulting.
