Steve van Andel
Steve Van Andel is an American businessman and the eldest son of Amway co-founder Jay Van Andel. He is co-chairman of the board of Amway, the Ada, Michigan-based direct-selling company his father founded with Rich DeVos in 1959, and served as its co-CEO from 1995 to 2018. He has twice served as chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and his estimated net worth is around $1.5 billion.
