Victor Hwang
Victor Hwang is a Hong Kong businessman who serves as President and CEO of Primeline Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company focused on China's offshore petroleum industry, notably through a long-running joint venture with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) in the East China Sea. He is also an Executive Director of the family-controlled Park View Group (formerly Chyau Fwu Corporation), a Hong Kong-headquartered project development company with real estate and hospitality interests across Asia and Europe, including Parkview Green in Beijing and the Parkview residential complex in Hong Kong. The Hwang family, which controls the Park View Group, has an estimated collective net worth of more than $1 billion.
