Viktor Felixovich Vekselberg (born April 14, 1957) is a Russian businessman who is the founder and chairman of Renova Group, a Moscow-based industrial and investment conglomerate with interests in metals, energy, and technology. Born in Drohobych in Soviet Ukraine, he co-founded Renova in 1990 and built substantial holdings in the aluminium sector, including SUAL, and in the oil venture TNK-BP. He also founded the Link of Times foundation, which assembled a large collection of Fabergé eggs, and served as president of the Skolkovo Foundation. His net worth is estimated at approximately $12 billion.
